Appalachia Service Project

Appalachia Service Project provides opportunities for Christian missions through a ministry of home repair and rehabilitation and new home construction locally and in Central Appalachia.

What is it?

The ASP is a youth ministry made up of up to 40 youth and 17 adults who help those less fortunate in the Appalachia region. Teams repair homes in the five state Appalachia area- Kentucky, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Tennessee.

Where is it?

ASP has year round centers in, Brenton, WV, Jonesville, VA, Chavies, KY, and Johnson City, TN.

Who can go?

– Any youth who is in the 10th-12th grade and demonstrates a commitment to the project through participation in the fundraisers and skill sessions, and an attitude of teamwork and service.
– Any adult who actively participates in all activities, demonstrates a loving, caring attitude toward our youth, and a commitment to the ASP principles.
