I work in Kindergarten and the 3’s classroom. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work with the ACDC students during their journey here at Asbury. It is incredible to see the growth they make socially and academically.
I am married to a wonderful husband, David. We met when we were attending Salisbury University. While there, I received my degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Communication Arts. Years later, I also received my Masters in Education. Although my husband and I grew up on the western shore, we fell in love with Salisbury and decided to make it our home.
I taught in the public school system for 7 years. Then I became a MOM! I was very fortunate to stay home with my two sons, Colby and Cade, who are now teenagers. They are easy to spot with their red hair, blue eyes and freckles. One of my favorite things to do is watch them play baseball and basketball. My boys went to Asbury for 3’s, 4’s and Kindergarten. I started working at Asbury when my youngest son was in Mrs. Huey’s 4’s class. I love working at Asbury! I’m thankful for a job that makes me smile every day!
When I’m not working, I love going to the beach, hanging out with friends and family, swimming, walking, reading magazines and baking. I love summer!
