Youth Ministry at Asbury
(For young people grades 6-12 and their families)
Middle School Sunday School (Grades 6-8) – Sunday mornings from 9:50-10:45 a.m.
We welcome young people in this time of transition in their lives to be who they are. They can bring cell phones and tablets to interact with our biblical lessons.
High School Sunday School (Grades 9-12) – Sunday mornings from 9:50-10:45 a.m.
Focused on service in our community so that what God says in Scripture can be lived out. Young people learn that they are gifted, valuable, and can change the world.
Middle School Youth Group (Grades 6-8) – Sunday nights from 4-5:15 p.m.
It may appear to be controlled chaos, but we talk about God’s love for us
and topics of faith that relate to the quickly changing lives of middle school
students. We also enjoy some great food and play some crazy games.
Throughout the year there are many service projects, seasonal parties, and
other events available for middle schoolers.
High School Youth Group – (Grades 9-12) Sunday nights from 6-7:15 p.m.
Food, games, and deep discussion about our faith. We attempt to connect faith with the
challenging contemporary issues of the day. There are many special
events, parties, service projects, and family events throughout the year as
well. These might include cookie baking and delivery for local shut‐ins,
parent/youth dinners, Assateague Beach parties, and many others.
